Directions
The garage entrance is on the left (north) side of West Monroe Street, between South Clinton Street and South Canal Street. Look for the driveway entrance to the left of a blue freestanding sign that reads “500 West Monroe (P) Park” along with the gray overhead sign reading “Public Parking” in white.

How to Redeem
When arriving, scan your barcode at the box with the red flashing light (Parkonect). Hold your barcode 2 inches from the reader until the gate opens. Do not pull a ticket. Park anywhere that is not marked reserved. Upon exit, scan your barcode again at the box with red flashing light. The gate will open and you are on your way!
