Monthly Parking Information
Only Tenants of the building are allowed to purchase monthly parking for this location.
After you complete your purchase, a Legacy representative will contact you to pick up your pass. If you are not contacted within 24 hours, please send an email to 800brickell@legacyparking.com with the details of your purchase. A one time, non-refundable, $25 access card fee is due at the time of sign up. This fee will be processed separately from the initial purchase. Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Proration is available on a bi-monthly basis. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge will be applied to your second month’s payment. Starting in month 2, monthly payments will be invoiced by Legacy. Credit Card, ACH and check are accepted. You must provide 30 days notice to cancel all parking accounts.
